Hello, my name is Deborah McCauley-Buck. I am the owner and designer of Moonshell Design. The Georgia O'Keefe quote expresses beautifully the experience I want the recipients of my flowers to have.

Discovering my passion and lifelong love of flowers happened almost by accident. My mother-in-law thoughtfully watched my two sons, sending me away to have time to myself. I found myself at a local coffee shop, where I discoved a magazine article about Gertrude Jekyll (1843- 1932), English plantswoman, perennial garden designer, floral designer, painter, and photographer. I was inspired and impassioned from that moment to the present with the world of flowers.

Contemporary, elegant, lush, and playful, all of my arrangements are custom and unique depending on the occasion and tastes of the recipient. For over twenty-five years, I have had the pleasure of providing arrangements for many of the elegant resorts, inns and private homes on Cape Cod. The sense of place, ocean, beaches, marshes and light often influence my work. One of the most important reasons for sending flowers is to convey emotions of the sender to the receiver. Flowers are the perfect messengers!
